Financial Statement Audit Services

Annual financial statement audits by a licensed partner public accounting firm, with Balancio supporting you from document preparation through issuance of the auditor’s report. The resulting financial statements are ready for shareholders, shareholder meetings, banks, investors, and regulators.

The audit opinion is issued entirely by a Public Accountant from our partner firm, preserving auditor independence. Balancio keeps the process organized, timely, and efficient for your team.

When Is a Company Required to Be Audited?

Under Article 68 of Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies, directors must submit the company’s financial statements to a public accountant for audit when the company:

  • Collects and/or manages public funds
  • Issues debt instruments to the public
  • Is a public company or state-owned limited liability company
  • Has assets and/or annual revenue of at least IDR 50 billion
  • Is required to do so under other applicable laws or regulations

If this requirement is not met, the financial statements cannot be approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders. Even when an audit is not mandatory, audited statements are often requested for bank loans, investor funding, and tenders.
